Introduction

CCM REI, LLC (referred to herein as “CCM REI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information when you visit our website (the “Site”) or communicate with us through the Site, and the choices and rights you may have regarding such personal information.  

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site and in communications between you and CCM REI. This Policy does not apply to any information collected by third parties that we do not control. This Policy does not govern or override the terms of any other agreement you enter into with CCM REI, such as a service agreement, business associate agreement, data processing agreement or data use agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any such agreement, the terms of the applicable agreement shall control with respect to the specific services or engagements covered by that agreement.

You are not required to provide your Personal Information to CCM REI. However, certain Personal Information is required for us to provide you with our services. We may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide certain requested information or offer some or all of our services without it.

CCM REI takes your privacy very seriously and will only use your Personal Information as described in this Policy. CCM REI may use Personal Information to:

We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not use or share your Personal Information for targeted or behavioral advertising.

Except as provided in this Policy, we do not share or disclose any of your Personal Information, except in the following limited circumstances: 

Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information we collect to vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as a website hosting provider, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide such services. We do not use any third-party vendor to process information collected through our “Contact Us” / “Request Information” contact form. 

Related Partners and Affiliates

We may disclose Personal Information we collect to our related companies or affiliates for purposes consistent with this Policy, including to support our business operations and provide our services.

Business Transactions

We may disclose information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

Required By Law

We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to comply with applicable law, legal processes, or if a user of the Site is believed to be in violation of their obligations and/or is partaking (or is suspected of partaking) in any illegal activity. Keep in mind that, while we encourage all third parties involved in running our business to adhere to our policies regarding the privacy of our visitors and to handle Personal Information in a responsible manner, we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for any actions or omissions of third parties, including the manner in which they use information received either from www.ccmrei.com or independently.

How Long We Retain Personal Information

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including, without limitation, to respond to inquiries and satisfy legitimate business, recordkeeping, legal, accounting, reporting, enforcement, and dispute-resolution purposes, all while taking into account applicable statutes of limitation and record retention requirements. When Personal Information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or dispose of it.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of Personal Information and our business to protect such Personal Information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Privacy Rights and Control Over Data Collection 

If you are a resident of a U.S. State with specific privacy laws governing the collection, processing, storage and sale of Personal Information, you may have certain additional data privacy rights, such as the right to: 

  • Request Access/Confirm whether we process your Personal Information and request a copy of it;

  • Correct inaccurate Personal Information;

  • Delete Personal Information retained; and

  • Obtain a Portable Copy of Personal Information provided to us;

  • Opt-Out of the sale of Personal Information, targeted and behavioral advertising, or certain other processing, where applicable.

We may deny certain requests, pursuant to applicable state law, in part or in full in certain situations depending on the individual circumstances. Where required by applicable law, you may also have the right to appeal our decision regarding a request you submit to us. Instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided in response to your request, where applicable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.

Children’s Privacy

This Site and our services are intended for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not use the Site or provide any information to the Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a person under age 18 in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
